What is Citrus Apple Danish?
Citrus Apple Danish
Ingredients
.2 c. finely chopped apples
.3 (4 oz.) cans refrigerator crescent rolls
.1/3 c. granulated sugar
.2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
.3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
.1 tsp. grated orange rind
.1/2 tsp. cinnamon
.1 tbsp. orange juice
Directions
.In small bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, flour, orange rind and cinnamon and mix well.

.Separate crescent rolls and place 1 tablespoon filing in the center of each one.

.Fold the two points of the triangle over to the square corner.

.Press edges to seal, leaving diagonal slit unsealed.

. Bake at 350 degrees F. 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

.Combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice and mix smooth.

.Spoon glaze over warm rolls. Makes 12 rolls.
